Earls Court in London will play host to a launch event from Samsung next month, during which a number of new smartphone devices are likely to make their first official public appearances.
As well as revealing a range of new Galaxy phones, Samsung is thought to be working on some more devices for its ATIV range of Windows Phone-based handsets. Last year the ATIV S was the flagship Windows Phone 8 device from Samsung, bringing most of the hardware from the Galaxy S3 with it.
Hopefully by diversifying this range Samsung will reaffirm its commitment to Microsoft’s operating system and give its many fans something other than the Nokia Lumia range to covet.
The launch event is being held on June 20th and will be streamed online via YouTube, with a start time of 7pm, which means you will actually be able to see the phones and presentations in real time. Some teaser ads released this week have givien hints about what to expect and it seems that the Galaxy range will be getting some smaller, more affordable members, presumably in the form of the Galaxy S4 Mini and one or two others.
