The Samsung Galaxy S4 could be making its first appearance at a launch event on March 15th, according to a report from SamMobile.
An anonymous, yet reportedly trustworthy source, has said that this is the date on which Samsung’s latest flagship device is going to land.
Eager fans should be able to buy the phone from April, but a pre-emptive publicity drive definitely fits in with Samsung’s previous releases.
Although none of the details surrounding the Galaxy S4 has been confirmed, it is widely rumoured that it will feature a five inch full HD display, 2GB of RAM and a 13 megapixel primary camera.
Processing power could come courtesy of an eight core chip, although it might also be based on a quad core CPU, depending on which outlet you choose to believe.
In terms of design, the Galaxy S4 is not likely to stray too far from the formula established by its predecessors, so you can expect it to be thin and light, even with its oversized display.
The Galaxy S3 remains a strong seller and an excellent upgrade proposition, so it will be interesting to see just what its successor delivers.
